fullsizerender

Hello! I just wanted to share a quick project I did with an amazing paper pad I fell in love with! I got Bo Bunny’s Sleigh Ride winter paper pad, and it has amazing designs. So, I couldn’t stop myself and did 2 quick cards to show how amazing they are.  If you want to watch the video to see how I created them, please click here:

First of all, here are some pictures of the paper pad:

The colors are gorgeous. I love the combination of beige, grey, browns and blues. It’s adorable.

So, coming to the cards I made, I really kept it simple because my aim was to show you, you can do really easy and quick cards if you have an amazing paper pad. I created one 5×5 inches card and a mini circle shaker card or it can be a gift tag as well.

I used square dies to cut a piece of this beautiful paper from the set. I used a snowflake die cut as well to create this big snow flake. I cut the sentiment from a thinlits set by Tim Holtz. I also die cut the same with fun foam, and sticked them together to make it more dimensional. I embossed my snow flake with WOW embossing powder in sparkling snow. To bind everything together, I also embossed some flourish stamps on the two sides. This time I used white embossing powder.  Then I sticked everything and it’s done! Very simple and easy.

Next is the shaker card/gift tag. I used two paper pads. I did a circle frame using two dies. And I used one to cut the base. I sticked acetate. Filled it with my shaker mix. I use Little Things from Lucy’s Shop. She has amazing mixes, you can follow the link below and visit her shop.

I added a bit of blue sequins myself to match the frame. Then I sticked the base, created the shaker. Sticked the shaker on a white card base, and I stamped the same sentiment inside that base this time. Also, I die cut 2 little snow flakes, embossed with sparkling snow again, and sticked on the card. Again, really simple and quick.

I hope you got inspired to make your cards 🙂 You can find full list of supplies down below. See you next time!
