Art Journal Page: Puddles, with shaker umbrella

img_3457

Hello! Welcome to another post. In this art journal, I wanted to try to do shaker elements in my art journal and here it is 🙂 We have a shaker umbrella! I love doing shaker cards, but I never tried on my journal. I also tried a digital stamp, which is this very cute girl, and I’m super happy using them as I can arrange the size as I wish. I would encourage you to look for digital stamps in Etsy or other shops. They are shipment free, instant download and really useful to arrange the size as you wish.

Coming to the page, as usual you can find the precess video here and list of supplies down below or at the description are a in YouTube.

I used Distress paints at the background. I did stenciling for the rain mixing my paint with texture paste. I did the puddles with my finger mixing them with some paint, texture paste, and glossy accents, so they have a glossy look.

I coloured my girl with Prismacolors. I embellished her coat with heart buttons and glosst boots 🙂 the link to this girl is down below as well to buy if you like it.

For the umbrella, I simply cut the shape and filled the next page with sequins and covered with tape to make them stay there.

Shaker mix is from Lucy’s shop, which I really love. The sentiment also is from this digital stamp set. You get 2 cute girls and 2 sentiments, which is great value! I will definitely go back to this shop 🙂
